LGA was hired by Alcoa City Schools to generate design solutions that manage student growth within the system. As part of the overall master plan, LGA has reconfigured the existing elementary school as a primary school through some additions and renovations. The middle school would then be converted into an intermediate school where additions and renovations would also be required. The existing high school would be converted into a middle school, and a new state-of-the-art 150,000 sq. ft. high school would be built to complete the master plan and fulfill the needs of the school system.
