Jefferson City Town Center
The Lewis Group Architects and McGill-Associates were selected to design a city center for Jefferson City. The site for the center will include three new buildings that face a courtyard plaza-parking scheme. Site placement, along with a consistent material pallet made of brick, metal, stone, and glazing, will be used on all three buildings to create a sense of community for the center. The budget for the buildings is close to 6 million and will include a new administrative building approximately 13,000 square feet, a new police station approximately 15,000 square feet, and a new fire station approximately 20,000 square feet.
