This specialty box company wanted to expand operations from their Shelby, Ohio headquarters. With a strong emphasis on quality, the owners wanted a facility to meet their business needs. These included a sales philosophy that encouraged clients to visit their operations. "If we can get them into our facility and let them see how we operate, they won't ever go anywhere else." A new 10,000 sq. ft. office is connected to 80,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution space. Designed with flexibility and future growth in mind, this campus is by far one of LGA's best design solutions in an industrial setting.
