The 15,000 sq. ft. facility, with its brick, precast concrete, and stacked stone exterior, lends an elegant facade to this library facility. The addition of a clock tower creates a distinctive look for the library and provides a landmark for the Halls area. The stacked stone, arched entryways, and creative ceiling treatments give the library interior a unique and inviting image. The library is located adjacent to a greenway park.
