At The Lewis Group Architects every staff member is expected to be resourceful, versatile, and focused on providing excellent customer service and quality work. Most of our staff members, particularly our Principals, Designers, Project Managers and Project Architects, are involved in projects from start to finish. We believe that the project team assembled at the beginning of a project should be responsible for that project until its full completion. This ensures the highest level of continuity and knowledge of a project from programming and design through documentation and construction administration.
In-house staff meetings, project coordination meetings, and design reviews are held on a regular basis to maintain the highest level of communications between staff members. Staff members at every level are expected to stay abreast of current trends and technologies.
Architectural interns are able to obtain meaningful and guided experience in all aspects of practice. Quarterly meetings are held between the Intern Development Program (IDP) participants and mentors to discuss their progress in the program and how to keep the interns on track towards fulfilling their internship requirements.
The firm is also committed to contributing to our community in a variety of ways. It participates in many charitable events and individual staff members are consistently involved in programs with the student members of the architectural community.
